Excellent movie. Very violant, but then so is the book. Gollam was not understandable. Needed subtitles for him too.
Pros well paced, great story, great actors

I was disappointed from the first minutes of the movie. Having read the book, I don't understand why it was necessary to eliminate the killing of Vittoria's father. Glad I did read the book first because the movie made more sense. The camerlengo's background would have been helpful also. It was a good enough film, all in all. No raves from me though.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
