Impossible Expectations

This movie, which I found to be extremely enjoyable, suffers from expectations that are almost impossible to fulfill, for at least two reasons. First, the hype surrounding the release built up expectations such that unless it was one of the top 50 movies of all time, it would be a letdown. Second, it's rare indeed that any action movie sequel can surpass the adrenaline rush of the original, particularly when the original is a forever classic. Sure, it's happened, but it's extremely unusual and in my opinion, an unfair basis for comparison. I found this movie...its pace, story, acting, cinematography, and the oustanding score of John Williams...to be better than any but the first film!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
