You know what you're getting. You can't go to an Adam Sandler movie expecting Citizen Kane. It is what its. Basically on the same level as all is other movies. Some funny parts, some dumb parts, some lame parts. If you like the rest of his movies, you'll like this.
As a sports fan this had appeal to me to begin with, but it is an overall great movie. Non-sports fans will be able to enjoy it as well. From the family interactions to the 'behind the scenes' view of baseball this is just an outstanding movie from start to finish. This movie really should garner attention for some awards as it is that good. There are some factual inaccuracies with regard to the specific timing of some the trades/player movement but that would be nitpicking. Not recommended for kids as it doesn't really contain much baseball action and doesn't really have more than handfull of funny parts.
The title says it all. You know what your getting. You can't go in expecting Citizen Kane. This is another movie in the line of Grandama's Boy, Happy Gilmore, Grown Ups, etc. Definetly not for young kids. Only a few seconds of nudity, so its not that graphic. Bucky's monkey like response to seeing female nudity is easily the best part of the movie.
Overall a good enjoyable movie. Not as good as the previews make it out to be but still a good time. Its probably about 15-20 minutes too long and kind of drags on for a comedy, but still sustains. If it was a little more faster paced I'd probably give it 5 stars.
Better than the 1st one. Predictable yet fun. Dispite it being a copy of the first one I found it to be fresh and well worth it. Due to some graphic scenes at a strip club, definently wouldn't recommend you taking anyone under 16.
A few really good laughs, but I thought it was the worst of the 3 movies. Maybe its the fact I'm older now and more mature, but it wasn't a laughfest. It has its moments, but the "ha-ha" moments outweight the "lol" moments
Good movie, but not as good as the previews made it out to be. Its bascially joke/insult after joke/insult...there's very little dialogue; and it ends up hurting the movie to some extent. You'll definetly laugh and have fun but the slapstick is a little overdone and forced even for a comedy.
A decent movie but could've been better. Her 'secret' is actually pretty easy to figure out. Could've spent more time on the story backdrop (mainly the parent's past conflict). Recommened but don't go in thinking its going to be great, if you do you'll be dispointed.
