Well written, well acted, well done...

There's not much I can rave about without spoiling it for the viewer but I will say that the cerebral quality of Star Trek is still very much in tact. The relationships and individual characters are better developed than ever, making the crew more of a team of equally brilliant and pivotal players rather than just a subordinate crew beneath the Captain. This kind of writing for characters like Uhura and Sulu and Scotty and Chekov has been a long time coming and I'm happy to see it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
