Alvin and the Chipmunks: the squeakquel

My kids were so excited to go see this movie for opening day and they were not let down. It was cute, funny, well thought out, engaging for kids and parents, and best of all not so long I felt it dragged on. Will definately look for this on video!!!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

2 adults, 2 kids (12 and 6).
The animation is fantastic! Very detailed!
We all had a laugh at different times during the movie. Characters were cute but not easy to identify with or connect to. moral didnt connect to all of the characters or really feel at all important. loved the girl power bit but could have been built up betterl. over all , good show but could have done it on dvd. felt a bit like it was going straight to a disney channel program.
