Last night, we saw This American Life live and it was fantastic! It was hilarious, heart-warming, sad, and entertaining in every possible way. Dan Savage's essay on the death of his mother had everyone laughing through their tears, and Chris Ware created a depressingly cute cartoon for an Andrew Bird song I've never heard. The best part was seeing these people you hear on the radio in action. Ira Glass was funny and charming as ever. I loved it, and highly recommend that you see the rebroadcast in theaters in May!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
