Metal That Inspires

A brilliant little documentary about the triumph of the spirit in the face of missed opportunities or simply bad luck, and the power of friendship and family, either born into or acquired through love and work. I wish that "Anvil : The Story of Anvil" would be mandatory viewing in art and music programs everywhere. Those who've met success will feel that the there but for the grace of god go they, and those who've not yet made it will feel inspired to keep at it. If the story of Lips and Robbo doesn't make you at least a little misty... well then you're made of stone, but clearly not made to rock.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
