Cars 2 Stands Apart

This movie rocked! The 3D for this film was better than any PIXAR has created in past features. Plus, you don't need to see the original Cars to enjoy the sequel, as the story stands apart. If I had any criticism, it is that there is too much going on to grasp it all the first time around. You will have to see it more than once to enjoy everything the movie encompasses. Regardless, a must see!!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

3 words: See this movie!
The visuals will blow you away and the story will hook your attention. If you liked the orginal, you will like the sequel. Kurt Russell did very well in his role.

Perfect Ending To The Harry Potter Movie Series

This was a great movie! As Harry Potter himself would say, "Brilliant!" It wraps up everything nicely and provides a lot of action and adventure. For fans of the movie series, almost every character you have seen in the past is in ths movie in one form or another. Plus it will make you want to see Part 2.
Downsides? Just two 1. If you plan on taking kids who are not of double digit age, don't. This movie is dark and has some scary stuff. Not a kiddie's movie. 2. It is nearly 3 hours long. Not a bad thing, because it catches you up and doesn't let you go, but if you have problems with sitting anywhere for too long or if you have a large soda and nature starts calling 2 hours later, it's a bummer.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

PIXAR Does It Again!

PIXAR is the name to beat in both computer animation and story telling. Toy Story 3 is another jewel in the PIXAR crown! The movie completes the series of previous TS movies and does so with excellence. Everything is wrapped up so nicely, even Sid, the brat from the 1st movie makes his appearence, (all grown up of course.) I highly reccomend the IMAX 3D experience to view this movie, as it adds to the overall experience. Trust me, it's worth the extra money. Parents and TS fans, be forewarned, you will cry. Luckily, not for long. The toys are back in town!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

See The 3D

If you don't see this movie in 3D, you are wasting your money. The 3D effects are awesome and make the movie what it is. The script needs work big time. Very few laughs for adults or teens, but kids will enjoy the heck out of this film, because of the 3D effects, the odd looking, yet colorful characters, and the silly kung fu and shoot em up action. Dreamworks is trying to imitate Pixar, but while they came close, they have a lot to learn about keeping everyone glued to the screen scriptwise. SFX aren't everything guys!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
