I took my 3 children to see this movie opening weekend. My older children seemed to love the movie, but my youngest (8 yr) said the ghosts were a little creepy. The 3D effects were amazing and very well done. I enjoyed the fact that they tried to stay true to the book, as classics are meant to be.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
