Just about everything was mediocre in this film -- the casting, the boat never moved, the script, even the music was just ok. At the end the special effects were pretty good but overall it was a poor value for me and my family. My 10 year old son complained about how long and bad it was. Wait for DVD, on Demand or just skip it and save time.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Similar to an expanded cartoon with neat visual effects. Repetitive, predictable. Good for kids under 10.
