Everything the television show delivers on a lower budget, this movie utterly fails to bring home. I kept on seeing elements in this film that I wanted to love and then in the next instant I would be disappointed by inane writing or an illogical story choice. I felt like the producers of this film had three pages of dialogue, three action scenes and a lot of duct tape to put this film together. Everything you need to know about this movie can be seen in the preview. So save your money and wait until it is $7.99 on the discount dvd rack.
I have to admit I was a bit worried about X-men Origins: Wolverine after my utter disappointment with X-Men: The Last Stand. Wolverine Redeems a series that was headed for destruction. The characters are for the most part well rounded and believable. The action sequences and special effects are well done and well placed in the story. The only thing that keeps Wolverine from perfection is some heavy handed dialogue and one Awkward scene toward the end of the film. Be sure to stay through the end of the credits for a nice easter egg.
