Hanna Equals Depressing

I went to see this film and thought it had interesting previews. Frankly it was the most depressing movie that I have seen in a long time and I would not recommend it at all. Everyone that Hanna comes into contact with dies and the story was grim at best. I wish I could have gotten my money back and don't know why film makers think people find this type of story entertaining. It wasn't.

No Strings Attached is a Winner!

I'll be honest, I don't really care for Ashton Kutcher but was persuaded to see this movie by my neice. I was so glad I did because it was simply fabulous. I really enjoyed both Natalie Portman's and Kutchers performances and laughed out loud!! It was a very entertaining movie and it has been the best one I've seen in 2011. Would heartily recommend it.

Robin Hood Rocks!

Have to be honest and say this wasn't a movie I wanted to see, however, I am glad that I did. Russell Crowe and Cate Blanchett were outstanding and the story was really good. I loved the action scenes and the story and would, without reservation, recommend this as a must see.

Shrek Franchise is BACK!

I'll be honest, when Shrek 4 was advertised I wasn't jazzed up about seeing it. I loved Shrek 1 and 2, however, Shrek 3 was a huge disappointment. My kids (early twenties) talked me in attending this movie with them and to say it knocked my socks off is an understatement. It was terribly funny, had a great story and fabulous ending. It made me sad that this is the last Shrek we will see. All the characters I loved were back in top form and I laughed out loud throughout the movie. I would heartily recommend this to all who loved Shrek 1 and 2. You will not be disappointed that you went to see this!

Feel Good Movie

ThIs was a really nice movie on Christmas and I left the theatre smiling! I went with my sister, her family and my kids (ages 22-26). We all liked the movie and I was really glad it had a happy ending. Streep was priceless along with her gal pals! Liked the way the movie ended and for the naysayers who didn't believe the plot was realistic enough, not all of us like to go to the show and leave feeling like we need to be on a suicide watch! Wish there were more shows like this.

Rifftrax Rocks

My son got me hooked on Rifftrax so I always anticipate the show. This one wasn't as funny as others I have viewed. Weird Al was pretty lame. He seemed out of place with the quick wit of the Rifftrax team. The swim segment didn't fit in too well with the Christmas theme. The Christmas tree docudrama was priceless!

Pandorum Rocks!

OK, I have to admit I reluctantly went to this movie after much encouragement from my sons. The movie had me hooked after the first five minutes and I sat on the edge of my seat for the rest! I rank Aliens as my all time favorite sci fi flick but this one came close. Had a lot of twists and turns and a surprise at the end! Would definitely recommend it!

Best Yet

My daughter is an avid fan of the series and got me hooked on these movies. This one has been the best so far. It helps to have seen the other movies in this series, however, it is not essential for you to enjoy this movie.

Boldly Go Where No Man has Gone Before

This was an extremely fun movie which really had spot on casting! The movie stayed pretty true to the Star Trek series and I can't wait until the next movie is released. This movie had excellent directing and acting and I would heartily recommend it!
