If you like This American Life, here is your chance to see it in a movie theater. It's pretty much exactly what you expect. Go see it. Enough said.

The 3D effects are good. The writing is clunky.

I took my three-year-old son to see this movie and he didn't like it. He thought some of the scenes were scary and he didn't like to wear the glasses. The glasses are bulky and they only come in one size. The theater added pads so the glasses would fit my son's head, but that made them even more bulky. I thought the 3D effects were the best part. The movie itself was okay. A lot of the writing was kind of clunky. All of the funniest lines are in the trailer.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
