Don't Waste Your Time - you can be bored at home

Tokyo! veers between sweet, slightly funny and poignant in the first of its three stories, to painful and cring-induing in its second story, to odd and kinda creepy (not in a good way) in its last story.
Bottom line: don't waste your time. If you're bored and happen to see it in the video store, at least watching it on DVD allows you to fast forward through the slow and annoying parts.
