Disturbing but brilliant...

I felt like the issues surrounding the film were definitely more than I could stomach at times. The abuse that such a young girl endured was definitely disturbing at times but the acting was that great where it pulled you in to the story and you felt all of the emotions that the characters were going through. The movie is definitely worth seeing but make sure you are emotionally prepared for such a complex story line. Overall, the actors, director and producers did a phenomenal job of bringing this novel to life.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
