Non-stop laughter and humor, coupled with rousing and just slightly over-the-top action sequences. Only this movie could make *flying a tank* a believable part of the movie. I'd give it six stars if I could, and I'm going to go watch it again.

An intellectual mystery, rousing fight scenes, and more wit than Watson could shake his cane at. If you were expecting a hum-drum rehash of any number of old plots from the books, prepare to be pleasantly surprised! Sherlock Holmes manages to take a completely new twist on the franchise, and yet remain true to its roots of the old stories. Holmes has a history of debunking mysticism, and he proudly carries on that tradition in this film.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
