Best Part Was The Music

I did not see the first Tron, but this story didn't require people to view that movie first. The beginning was VERY nice and awesome up until the time where Sam Flynn finishes racing the light cycles. After that point, the movie was a complete upset. The rest of the hour and a half of me sitting there was a complete waste of time. The only thing that kept me from walking out was the music from Daft Punk as you can never go wrong with them in this theme. 1 star for the first 40 minutes being awesome, another star for the wonderful music and appearance by Daft Punk at the perfect setting, and yet another star for the little bits of funny comedy and cool moves from characters. Other than that, I can't see how this is going to have another sequel. I had high hopes for this movie that were simply crushed.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

This movie has moved right to my favorite movie of all time. First it was the Matrix trilogy, then it was the first Transformers, and now it is this Transformers! You can't beat the storyline, the graphics, the actors, and the giant amounts of fights and pure metal on metal action! There's comedy, love, action, adventure, even horror (to an extent)! What doesn't this movie have!? 20/10

Waste of 3 hours!

This movie was not worth the time spending 3 hours watching. It's one of those movies where all of the best parts are in the previews. Nothing is good about it and it for sure isn't an action movie. I could count maybe 3-4 'action' scenes that lasted about 15 minutes of the entire movie, out of the total 3 hours. Everything else, boring talking or simply watching tons of blood fly everywhere that wasn't even good or necessary. With an almost booked theater while watching this, about half of the people left within an hour and a half into the movie. Even a group of people that were dressed all as Rorschach had left before the movie even got to the 'good' part, which only lasted about 5 minutes or so.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
