Number 4 may become number 1!

I'd really like to give the movie 5 stars, but it is just a tiny bit predictable (Ohh good vs. evil...shocker). That said, it's solid and entertaining without relying totally on special effects. This movie actually has a plot, some interesting side stories, and doesn't treat you like an idiot (you have to put 2+2 together for yourself, maybe even speculate a little).
Go see this with your girl/boy friend, with the kids or even with mom and dad. Just go see it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Best Parts in the Commercial

WIth high expectations, I headed to my local theatre to check out what I thought would be the next best thing since Avitar. Much to my dismay, the best thing I can say about the movie is at least it wasn't 2 hours long. The plot is pretty weak...your baby can save the world. Why her baby? Character Development is just as sad, we don't really know much about anyone after the movie is over, nor do we get to relate to any of them. Special effects? Nah, you saw the best stuff on TV in the commercials...really. My suspension of disbelief was fairly quickly shot to heck and then it was a matter of waiting for the end.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine and More!

While the basic story line covers Jimmy/Logan/Wolverine, we also get to see a little bit of several X-men backrounds. The movie is a little sluggish in some parts, but makes up for it with the final 20 minutes or so.
I'm kind of wondering how much makeup they had to spackle onto Patrick Stewart to make him look younger for this movie.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Burtonesque and unremarkable

The movie is probably not best for small children, as it is a little bit 'dark' to be kind. The story is rather transparent from the beginning, and the only thing that holds my attention is the very good 3D, and for some unknown reason the talking cat.
Rent a movie before you head out to see this one.

You could only wish to be as athletic as Indy at his age!! I've always been a fan of the high action, witty Indy Movies and this one keeps in line with the rest. Spielberg does his thing with lots of interesting camera angles, ILM once again makes things 'cool looking' and we tie together some loose threads in the story line. What more could you ask? If you have to choose between Iron Man, Narnia or Indy...PICK INDY!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
