Iron Man 2, America and The Spectacle

This movie is good mindless fun.
That being said it is also the stereotypical Hollywood spectacle.
Women are weak and neurotic (Paltrow) or mute sexual objects (Johansson).
Also, the scene of Scarlett Johansson changing was totally exploitative and unnecessary.
All that being said, the acting is great, from everyone but Paltrow who is doing her usual stick up the ass style of acting.
Sam Rockwell and Mickey Rourke steal the show.
Fairly good escapism, just don't think to much about what you're actually seeing and you'll enjoy it.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
