The first movie was better. The parents, especially the idiot, foul-mouthed mother, were annoying. Sad to hear the theater of tweens and younger erupt with laughter for every harsh language joke, and there's alot of them in this movie with f**K and b*tch, even motherf**cker. Wow, so unnecessary. Seems every sci-fi/thriller needs to lead us to the pyramids for story substance-that plot is so beat. A running thread with Sam rips-off Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Almost too much action in this movie. After 2 hours it was over-kill. Okay movie, won't buy the DVD this time.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
