Weak script, good action

Terminator Salvation is loaded with action and all of the post-apocalyptic eye candy we've been desperate for ever since we watched skulls being crushed in the original. But with John Connor's role padded to attract Christian Bale, the movie attempts to tell two stories, both unsuccessfully. The plot is non-existent, and the movie's only twist was revealed in the trailer.
The last action scene is a treat for fans of the original, but the film has one of the worst endings ever shot. It doesn't insult the intelligence, it stabs it in the throat and leaves it to die by the side of an abandoned road.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
