The characters were spot on and after all, half of the fun of Star Trek is the interplay of all the characters. Of course the special effects were great and in many ways this was even better than the first movie in the reboot. I can't wait to see the next 5 (Years 1-5 of the 5 year journey)!
Pros well paced, great story, great actors

The 2D mini story dream set up the rest of the movie well and the key lesson to believe in others and find a way to inspire them was great. Loved the animation and story line.
