Big robots and stuff blows up

If you're expecting anything more than big robots fighting and stuff blowing up, why?
Honestly, that's the entire movie, and if you don't mind watching two hours of big robots fighting and stuff blowing up, go see the movie.

Cameos, Star Wars Jokes, and a Road Trip

If you're hoping for a documentary on Star Wars Fans, forget it. If you're hoping for a scripted comedy about a group of friends that take the road trip of their lives, this definitely delivers.
Granted, the film is powered by love for the Star Wars and hatred for Star Trek. So, much in fact, that to get half of the film's joke references you may want to have seen the films a couple times yourself. Despite that, it's really a funny movie about the bonds friends share. On the surface, you get cameos, Star Wars jokes, and a road trip.
It's not a bad movie. But, it's definitely not great. I'm just glad it doesn't try to be.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
