It's a good movie. But see "Requiem For a Heavyweight" for an even better broken down wrestler film.
Mickey Rourke is good, and it's almost impossible to see his old self in there. But as a film, I don't think it was an large, or original achievement.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

This film was poignant and intense, and left me feeling good by the end. To use a method of review that I don't actually care for (sorry), Slumdog is a nice combination of City of God, Game Show and The Usual Suspects...all great movies. And this is a nice movie too.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
