O.K. - I love Tim Burton and all of his crazy cohorts(actors). The beginning was promising, but then it turned into "the poor man's version" of that Lion, Witch & Wardrobe movie. Action/battle scenes were not Carollesque....seemed like they were trying for some basic mainstream stuff. I got very bored about half way through....maybe it was 2/3 through....I can't remember......yawn. Johnny Depp was fun. Crispin Glover could have been wackier...I think he's more interesting in real life. Anyways, see it if you don't mind getting 2/3 of a good show.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
