Not worth the money

I did not enjoy this movie at all. My kids feel asleep and we suffered until it was over. The special effects were overpowering to the movie. The were bigger than the story and did not enhance it. I did not know if it was meant to be a Christmas tale or a scary movie. I was bored and if I did not know the story, I would have been lost. My family and I look forward to movies during the Holidays, this was truly a dissappointment.
