Exceptional film!

OK, so the storyline might be predictable - it doesn't matter. Avatar reached a new pinnacle for both CGI & 3D - the film was visually striking, the story engossing (even if predictable), making for a tremendously enjoyable experience for me (a life-long SF fan), my wife (not) and teen-age son. The world of Pandora and culture of the Na'vi were fully realized, making this one of a a handful of truly well done SF/fantasy films. It's truly a "must see".
Yes, I recommend this movie.
