Where to begin? Egregious plot holes, abominable continuity blunders (ex., how did Sam get his hand wrapped after the injury?), horribly slow 2nd act, stupid new collagen lips on what's-her-name, unlikely character choices. Bumblebee is content to be Sam's whipping-boy pet living in a garage. Optimus Prime is the ONLY other Autobot seen in the movie, and he's absent for most of the film. Lame setups for wimpy payoffs. Should have been at least 45 minutes shorter. The movie's only saving grace is the CG work, which I would say is the best I've ever seen, were it not for the ridiculously confusing editing in the battle scenes - could hardly tell what was happening sometimes. It gets 3 stars only for flawless compositing and sound.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
