What a joy to watch an excellent actor bring the character of "Bad Blake" to life with such truth and integrity. The redemption story is familiar but it's Bridge's portrayal of this broken man searching for connection and acceptance of his own truth that makes this film memorable.
Excellent work by Maggie Gyllenhaal, Colin Farrell and Robert Duval too!
There's little country music in my iPod, but this is a soundtrack I plan on buying...hope it's got Robert Duval's singing the song he sings while fishing with Bad.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
