Enjoyed this movie, but it was not a favorite, I hardly laughed... I also thought the movie would be centered more around Harrison Ford and Diane Keaton's hate-love relationship--Not!! Rachel McAdams was great, but her character was a just a little over the top and unbelievable. No one is that busy! She was almost exhausting to watch. Then again, maybe that's how the newsworld really is. Us School Librarians wouldn't know anything about that :)
The 3D film quality was amazing and made the movie appear 'real'. At home, we are in the process of removing 'old toys' from the boys' room and now I wonder if we should just keep them... Luckily, I have 10 more years to decide as both my "Andy's" are still at home and happily playing with all their toys.
I didn't enjoy this movie at all! It was almost irritating to watch. The 3-D was not as exciting as I thought it would be and I should have gone for the 2-D version and saved myself $2/ticket. I gave it 3 stars for my daughter who is into dark, dry humor, and horror movies. She thought it was great. My boys (7 & 5) were anxious to leave--go figure...
