A Great Day

My friends and I have been to every Showcase since they began. We love it. It's like a mini-vacation with no demands and nothing to do but watch good movies all day. Staff and patrons are all friendly and courteous. We went on the second day because the first week conflicted with other commitments. We seriously considered doing the 10-movie marathon in Chicago, but it sold out. In retrospect, sitting elbow to elbow with a theatre full of people for 24 hours would've been excessive. We like to bring pillows and blankets and make ourselves at home! One of our group even brought her knitting for between-show breaks! Great Fun! We hope to do it every year!
