Heath STEALS the show...

I went to this with a few friends and their kids ranging from 11yrs old to 43yrs old. I hate reading, even if it is something with as few words as a comic book – so I might not be the best person to rate this movie based on story line and if it falls in line with the comics – so take this review for what it is…"The average movie watchers take".
The first thing you should know is that you will feel like you MORE than got your monies worth with the 2 ½ of viewing time. (Bring a Snikers because your 'not going anywhere for a while') Secondly, the effects and action in the movie are more then enough to keep anyone’s attention (whether you are a DC comic fan or not). The story line was good and Heath really shines as the Joker. My friend said ‘It is almost like he knew it was going to be his last role.” It is truly a defining moment for him displaying his incredible talent as an actor. You realize how much the world is going to miss his amazing talent.
Needless to say everyone there enjoyed the movie. From the standpoint of the ‘average movie watcher’ (and I am probably in the minority on this one) I enjoyed Batman Begins a lot more than The Dark Knight – but I believe this is a worthy follow up.
