I couldn't take my eyes off the screen. Very important story to tell, ad very difficult to do in 2 hours. Acting was very good overall, and Daniel Craig was incredible. I had my doubts on casting him as a Jewish partisan, but he was so good I forgot all about that very quickly. Editing is superb. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because I was disappointed that it starts a bit late in the timeline and ends way early. Those without extensive knowledge of the Holocaust and WWII won't really grasp exactly what is going on with the local collaborators and Russian partisans, but the story is well told all the same.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
