I was not sure what to expect, but it was the best movie I have seen in years. It has a veteran cast in the movie. Such an uplift to have a movie that the sole reason of the movie is to make audiences smile and that I did-the entire way through. No shoot um up, no sex scene or swearing or 3D, just a plain good movie to make you enjoy life and being alive at our age. I highly recommend it.

Outstanding, action packed

Long anticipated movie did not let me down. Steinfeld is incredible as young Mattie.Bridges and Damon are outstanding and there is little doubt the actors will receive Oscar nomination's as well as their bold young counterpart.
Despite its minor flaws, "True Grit" probably will end up being the Coens' most accessible work, not a modern classic but still one of the year's most enjoyable films. 10 out of 10 for me!

The story, the romance and the cast were all top notch.
Best movie I have seen in a long long time. Christopher Egan is not difficult to look at, and Amanda Seyfried is one of my favorite actresses.Vanessa Redgrave is always a treat to see and adds glamor & grace to the movie. It was filmed in Italy so it is a added bonus to see all those good looking Italian men!....and the scenery is breathtaking.

Uplifting funny & educational movie

I just loved this movie. I was not sure what to expect and it was so much better than I had thought it may be.
Love the story of Julia Child and the acting was superb by all in the movie.
Julie's story was interesting, but a tad boring, I found myself wishing for more on Julia.Amy Adams was great with what she had to work with.

Night @ the Museum

Not as good as the fist, but still very enjoyable. Overdone in some scenes. Like the slapping. 2-3 times funny 8 times over-done. The love interest added a nice spark.

Good movie, I would recommend to any gal that loves to shop (and who doesn't)?
Having read the book first, I was a little disapointed that they changed a few major things. First of all she is american and it is in New York. But Becky Bloomwood real character was caught and delightful. She is a mess but seems to always come out on top, unlike real life. But in the end she has learned a very important lesson.
Very important message there about how all women, esp young women now are pressured into having the latest Gucci or Prada bag and accessories, and how the credit card debt will follow you (or your parents) for years to come and can become a desperate debt with no way out.
