More of a Video Game, Than a Movie

I thought I was going to a movie, but the first 45 minutes seemed more like a video game advertisement than a feature film. I like action, but this was non-stop cartoon-like action with no discernable plot. The dialog they do have is boring and you don't care about the people.
The technology backdrop was laughable. It takes place just 9 years from now, yet they have all kinds of robotic hovercraft, etc. But amid all this sophistication, the hero can break into skynet with a pen knife and some aligator clips.
The first terminator had plenty of action, but it also had a plot and made you think. This one just makes you wish you waited for the sure-to-be-released video game and gave that to your kids instead.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
