What a delightful surprise! Such a great change from the usual predictable plot/theme/dialog of Hollywood's ubiquitous pap. The protagonist overcomes all odds and we get a happy ending. Not new and uniqe, but very well done.
For once in a contemporary movie, the black man is not the victim of a mean spirited white man. Instead, we see Hindus committing horrors and atrocitiesupon Muslims. How refreshing to be presented with the fact that man's inhumanity to man is not limited to those of European descent. They do not hate America in this movie either. Good Show!
It has been a long time since I have seen such an engaging film.
