Superior film which I will watch again and again. I went with high expectations based on the talent of the cast, production staff and subject matter; I wasn’t disappointed. A heart-breaking true (not based on true, but actual true) story about these Jews was a gripping yet beautiful movie. I cried throughout the film for various reasons, but enjoyed the movie more because of the pain. Moving and passionate, I believe I enjoyed the challenge this "community" faced as they sacrificed all of their previous pleasures in an otherwise peaceful live without sacrificing their faith. I've always enjoyed Daniel Craig and have adored Jamie Bell since his balletic brilliance in "Billy Elliot" years ago. A must see for all, not just history majors.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
