Bad writi8ng and editing killed Ledgers show.

Ledger had a great performance, too bad the surrounding cast was so weak. He did not get nearly enough screen time and I wish they had fleshed out his character a bit more, ditto Wayne. Too much Gordon, his character just wasnt interesting enough to get all that time.
Maggie Gyllenhaal was surprisingly decent. She's a bit painful to look at and no part of me wants to see her naked but she held her own.
Bale was better as Bruce Wayne than he was as Batman. His Batman voice was bloody awful.
The story got convoluted at times in the second half. I lost the story about for about 10 minutes at one point before I picked it back up. I found it hard to recall who was who at one point because the story jumped and moved so quickly, illogically actually. It jumped around in too many places and there was too much time between action sequences.
Very good summer flick, worth seeing it but don;t get your expectations too high.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
