We took our 8 year old. It was a funny and entertaining movie for both adults and children. Less violent and more sweet than Toy Story 3. The 3D was a waste of money though.

Good movie for ages 5 and up. Cute and creative. I think younger than that would be bored. My 7 1/2 yr old son enjoyed it and that's all that mattered.

Fine for what it was

It was a cute fantasy movie that plays into the wish we all have to go back and try to do it differently. The science fiction storyline and related jokes was a stupid waste of time and the only bad thing about the movie. I am far older than the target audience but still understood why the teenage girls like him. Not for the under 15 set.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
