I would definitely say that Borat was a tad bit funnier. Either way, it was hysterical and I'm pretty sure I laughed about once every two minutes AT LEAST! Many moments that leave you in shock, too. Very lewd, and a lot of scenes I regret having my 17 y/o sister see with me.
Go see if you enjoy lewd humor and want a good laugh!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
