Remake or not, this movie was just terrible, don't see it. Bad acting, bad direction, bad special effects, stupid nude scenes -- and a terrible story. I only went because of the "3-D" title in front of "horror." You typically don't get those two in the same sentence; why not pay 12$ for it then? Wrong; this movie was absolutely ridiculous. No room for a story, because of the entirety of the picture being -- killing with an pick. I mean, come on, are you kidding me? I wanted to see this also, because of Ackles (who does a tremendous job in Supernatural.) He actually sucks the big one in this picture -- and plays a terrible part. Save your money for something else -- not enjoyable indeed.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
