Good but Not GREAT!

The effects as usual were outstanding. At least Hollywood is getting that down pat these days. The story however was quite predictable and there weren't really any surprises that I didn't see coming a mile away. I saw this at the $5 Mattinee and was glad that was all I paid. It was good, but not THAT good.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Well this film brought back plenty of fond memories of racing home from school every afternoon to watch Speed, Trixie, Sparky, Mom, Pops, Racer X, Sprittle and Chim Chim take on the racing world and it's underbelly of crime. 45 and still a Speed Racer Fan!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
