Great movie - normally don't like Tim Burton, but did like this one. Took 2 twelve year olds and 2 eight year olds. All loved it. Not necessary to see in 3D if you don't like wearing the glasses.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

A very weird movie - not for PG rated audiences. Parts were cool - but very complicated for young kids. Several scary parts. We could not follow the logic at all.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

From a person who has raised three black labs, I thought I had seen everything. Marley is definitely a dog after your heart.
The movie does not focus on Marley as much as it does on the relationship between Jenn and Owen. I had two 10 year olds and two 7 year olds with me. The 10 year olds giggled at the languange, skinny dipping and kissing and were really upset at the end. The 7 year olds were bored for most of it.
Really not what the trailer leads you to believe. Also does not follow the children's version of the book.
