A stunning experience

James Cameron has created an alien world that embodies the timeless romantic ideals of humanity to a degree greater than we see in the real human colonial invaders intent on exploiting the alien planet for its natural resources. The 3D special effects are the best I've ever seen and make the viewer feel more immersed in this strange, savagely beautiful alien ecosystem. Suspending disbelief is almost instant. The story is powerfully emotional, and though allegorical, never trite. Three hours passed all too quickly.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
