Good movie, great time

As a casual fan of the series, after reading the terrible reviews for this movie I went in with low expectations. I'm happy to say that I was very suprised by the movie. I was hooked from the opening until the ending. All the elements of a summer blockbuster terminator movie were there: characters that you get attached to, constant action, surprises that make you jump, and then there's that element of "wow" that you feel when you leave the theatre. Bottom Line, I had a great time at this movie and if you like action flics then you will like this one too. On a side note, if you have never seen any of the previous terminator movies it would help if you at least watched the first movie. I had a good time watching this fun flic.

Wait for the dvd

It was my girlfriends week to pick the movie so I reluctantly went in to see this one. It wasn't unbearable but it wasn't good either. I laughed a few times but only because of how shallow Matthew McConnaughey's character was. My girlfriend also said she expected it to be better. I will say that it was better than Fool's Gold(which was terrible) and I stayed awake for the entire movie, which is more than I could say for other chic flics like Twilight and Fool's Gold. My advice to all is this: wait for the dvd. Ladies: Please don't take your boyfriends to see this. Go see Wolverine instead.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
