I recommend seeing this movie. It is a good movie to take a young teen to see to introduce the ignorance of the holocaust and the dramatic things that were done to Jewish people. It is graphic enough for them to understand what is going on but not a Schindler's List that would probably be too much. I took my 12 year old niece and she loved it and learned a lot from it.
Sean Penn was spectacular. I also loved Emile Hirsch. He has definitely made a name for himself. This is a great movie that depicts the struggle of gay rights and politics in San Francisco and around the US. Everyone needs to see this movie.
It has everything you would want in a movie for everyone, men, women, teens. Really worth seeing in the theaters. It's not a waste of a movie ticket. I hate those. This is great!!
it's rather long...if you pay attention there are some good undertones... Brad Pitt was awesome as well as Kate Blanchett... They did a good job on Brad Pitt and his age... Even the younger versions of Brad gave me flashbacks of Thelma and Louise.
