I really enjoyed seeing this novel come to the big screen. I read the book and it took me about 5 days to finish the book. The book keeps you on edge as you turn the pages and the film was no exception. I think in in order fully undertsand the concept of the film you need to pick up the book. Teddy Daniel's is wounded and has so much mental anguish. I think Leo DiCaprio did an amazing job with the character. the characeter jumped of f the pages for me. It was a great performance. I thouroughly enjoyed the movie. Martin Scorsese and Leo did a great job. I loved it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
