A different Adam Sandler movie

After my son and I watch this flic I remarked to him that it was not really a comedy at all. It was a drama and a romance about comedians. Okay, since there is so much dialogue from the comedians, I guess the movie qualifies as a drama/romance/comedy, and it does all three things very well. Character development is well done. The plot is compelling. The acting is good. This movie won't be winning an Oscar but it is well worth seeing. I doubt that I'll see a better flick this summer.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
