The movie was boring and did not do a good job of telling a story all the way through. Some younger kids were afraid of some of the dinosaur scenes. My family was bored.

The movie definitely had it's great moments. Just don't expect it to follow the book closely. Part of the reason I fell in love with the book was the strong waxing and waning of Edward and Bella's relationship. It really dove into the excrutiation he feels while falling in love. Too bad the movie skipped over the tense courtship. Within minutes of meeting they are declaring their love?
Yes, I recommend this movie.
