EXCELLENT EFFECTS!

We saw this last week in 3D at an IMAX and it was quite impressive, however there are some very scary scenes for little ones. We did not have any children with us, but I could tell by the way I jumped out of my seat (at least twice) that this could be nightmare material for those under 10. I see that others thought it was too slow moving - I disagree - it was a faithful telling of the original story, and followed that pace. Those same kids must fidget during the original film! We really did enjoy the 3D effects and it was well worth the bother of wearing those oversized glasses over my own.....
Yes, I recommend this movie.
